Today was better than most days have been for me lately. Maybe things are looking up.  In theater today, Amanda was sitting on my lap and I said “I’m happy. But it scares me because it’s just like waiting for depression to set back in.”  I don’t know. I guess I’m still going to try to be careful, as long as I can do that and still enjoy this happy feeling.
